An introduction to the operating model
This development example shows how a company could organize research, deals, logistics and finance within the authority it grants to MertAGI.
Registration and Free membership open on 1 October 2026. This includes fully autonomous onboarding and KYB, and a closed pilot for approved companies.
Paid plans and live trade will follow pilot evidence and lawyer-reviewed service terms and tariff. No opening date has been announced.
This controlled demo uses illustrative content and no live merchant data. It cannot create an account, order, payment, message or counterparty effect.
01 · Your authority
MertAGI Operator brings together your company profile, markets, products, budget and risk limits. Your Merchant Mandate records which work may be researched, prepared or carried out, and when a person must decide.
Prepare findings and options for you to review. Take no external action.
Prepare the proposed action and its evidence, then wait for your approval.
Carry out permitted work within your mandate. Escalate exceptions to the right person.
Run the work expressly authorized by your Merchant Mandate, within legal and provider limits.
02 · The company workspace
Partner.Shop brings the public comparison and commerce surface together with your company's store, such as your-company.partner.shop. Future company-domain features will also be delivered under the Partner.Shop name.
Keep company identity, verification, policies, budget and authority separate from other companies.
Bring the company's website, catalog and approved sales channels together with its operating record.
Research, sales, negotiation, logistics, finance and audit follow one mandate, with evidence and decisions recorded along the way.
03 · Capital and operating costs
The money your company trades with is separate from the balance used to pay for MertAGI's work.
Your cash, bank or payment accounts, credit, supplier terms, customer prepayments and stock remain your company's property.
Paid membership and usage are prepaid. Estimated fees are reserved from this balance before fee-bearing work begins or continues.
A platform administrator may grant your company a visible, interest-free buffer. Any amount used is owed by your company; the next top-up repays it first.
In the initial payment workflow, MertAGI prepares the payment order. An authorized person releases it through the company's own bank access. MertAGI does not initiate payments or hold credentials that can move funds.
At the approved balance floor, new and ongoing fee-bearing autonomous work stops.
The published tariff determines the success fee. It is earned when customer funds have cleared and the merchant's delivery milestone is fulfilled. Later returns, refunds or chargebacks do not reverse an earned fee.
